Distillation of cannabidiols involves both separating and refining the cannabidiols further at the molecular level. This multiple step process begins with crude extraction. The second step involves removing the retained oil impurities like fats, various compounds and lipids. Lastly, winterization takes place where crude oil extract is combined with ethanol then chilled for 1 to 2 days.
